Cedar Rapids/ Eastern Iowa Car Cruise?

Anyone interested in getting together for a cruise sometime on the weekend of July 26-27? I was thinking we could meet up at noon or so, take a scenic drive, and stop for a dinner/ice cream or something somewhere. Nothing super formal, just a chance to hang out since we haven't done much this summer. If that weekend doesn't work, what other time would?

Let me know your thoughts if anyone is interested.

Yes Yes!! Sarah would love this too (especially if it involved ice cream). And I think that weekend will work really well for us. We have to pack and move Sarah out of her apartment, but taking a nice break for the cruise+dinner would be great! Let me know the details... (You could use Mapmyride.com to map out the route so we can all see it

Ok, so it sounds like we have some interest. I'm going to bounce it back to my non-3s car friends too (GTO, GTI, EVO, etc owners) to see if they are interested too.

I'll also try to map a route and go out and test it this weekend. Any suggestions?

I'd be down for the "test run" too but on saturday my car is hopefully getting uber detailed so I dunno when I would be available on saturday.

Theres a road called "indian hill" that is kinda fun has some dece twisties...
